20 Year Anniversary

FHM Accountants, Chartered Certified Accountants and registered Auditors are celebrating 20 years in business this year. It all started back near the end of 1999 when Justin Fitzsimons, Dave Howick and John McEvoy formed the partnership Fitzsimons Howick McEvoy. A few years later Justin and Dave purchased Johns share of the business. In 2005 they then purchased a Bray accountancy firm Boland Earley Meagher, this enlarged accountancy practice has gone from strength to strength and opened a second office in Gorey Co. Wexford in 2010. The practice was re-branded and shortened the name to the initials FHM Accountants.

AWARDS

During this period the accountancy firm received an award from their accountancy body ACCA and in 2019 received an award from the All-Ireland Business Foundation. This reflects the professional way in which the accountancy practice is run, the award was presented to FHM Accountants at a ceremony in Croke Park.

STAFF

The business is proud of its staff and the quality they bring to the accountancy firm. We are delighted to be able to attract and retain high calibre staff, some staff are with the firm up to 18 years.

MENTORING

We provide business mentoring to clients. A key part of this service involves monthly meetings with both the owners and managers of a business to help them to prosper and to manage the many challenges of business growth – similar in nature to a monthly board meeting for a business with the benefit of an experienced and independent mentor to guide proceedings. It is very much a results driven service . You don’t need to change accountant to avail of this mentoring service, we have clients that are availing of the mentoring service but still have their accountant attending to their year end accounts etc.
