Justin Fitzsimons F.C.C.A.
Partner

Based in Bray, Justin is a founding partner of FHM Accountants. An ex-pupil of Presentation College Bray, Justin studied Accountancy at Griffith College Dublin and was awarded his Practising Certificate in 1999. Justin has extensive experience supporting businesses across Wicklow and Wexford, delivering proactive advice and tailored accountancy services.

Dave Howick F.C.C.A.
 Partner

Dave qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 1997 and co-founded FHM Accountants in 1999. As well as leading the practice, Dave is a highly regarded business mentor, working with owner-managed businesses across South Dublin, Wexford, and Wicklow to support growth, strategy, and success. Dave also provides online/remote business mentoring throughout Ireland.

Winnie Chan F.C.C.A.
Office Manager

Winnie joined the FHM team in 2002. She qualified as an Accountant through the practice in 2005 and is now the Firms Office Manager. Winnie also has a number of clients that she works on exclusively. This gives clients the continuity of a high end service that they appreciate.

Louise McLaughlin F.C.C.A.

Louise passed her final ACCA exams in 1997. She gained a wide range of experience as an accountant. She then joined FHM Accountants in 2014. In FHM Louise prepares accounts and tax returns to final stage, deals directly with clients and has meetings with clients to assist them with their business needs.

Aoife Nally
Accounts Assistant & Administrator

Aoife is an Accounts Assistant and Administrator. Her main duties are Bookkeeping, Payroll and administration for the FHM practice. Aoife has 30 years of bookkeeping experience, she joined FHM in 2005 and is an integral part of FHM.

Edel Howick
Accounts Assistant & Administrator

Edel provides bookkeeping support, handles administration, and manages client communications to keep everything running efficiently.

Richard Nolan

Richard started working in the Accountancy profession in 2014. He joined the FHM team in 2020 and has experience working with a wide range of clients. His work includes preparation of accounts, various taxation and companies office returns to final stage. Richard often meets clients to discuss their requirements and give advice. In May 2025 Richard sat and passed the final subject in his Accountancy exams.
